Terms of Use
Effective 1 November 2026. These terms apply to the Tandeo app ("Health Sync: Tandeo") from Minima Apps Ltd, United Kingdom ("we", "us").
Using Tandeo
Tandeo syncs health data between your Google Health account and Apple Health on your device. By using the app you agree to these terms. You also remain subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Google's terms for your Google account. Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies to the app unless we state otherwise.
Not medical advice
Tandeo is not a medical device and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It copies data between services and does not interpret it. Data may be incomplete, delayed or differ between services. Do not rely on Tandeo for medical decisions; speak to a qualified professional.
Plans and purchases
Tandeo is free to start: steps and sleep from Google Health to Apple Health, with manual sync. Paid options, shown in the App Store in your local currency, are:
- Tandeo Pro, an auto-renewing subscription: $2.99 per month or $14.99 per year. The yearly plan includes a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Lifetime, a one-time purchase of $29.99 with no renewal.
Features by plan are described on our website and in the app and may be improved over time.
Auto-renewing subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If you start a free trial, it converts to a paid yearly subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Tandeo. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
All purchases are made through Apple, and Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your account and data
You are responsible for your Google account and for choosing what to sync. Syncing writes data to Apple Health and Google Health; check your settings before enabling two-way sync. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as the law allows, or use it to access data that is not yours.
Third-party services
Tandeo depends on Google Health and Apple Health, which we do not control. Their availability, limits and policies may change and affect the app. iOS decides when background tasks run, so background sync is not guaranteed to be immediate. Tandeo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Fitbit or Apple.
Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for data loss or inaccuracy arising from syncing. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be shown with a new effective date. You can stop using Tandeo at any time. We may suspend access if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
